By booking any service through Talecraft, you agree to the following terms:

1. Respect the Space

Please treat the venue, furniture, equipment, and games with care.

BYOB is allowed. Alcohol must be consumed responsibly. Disorderly or destructive behaviour is not permitted.

The person making the booking is responsible for the conduct of all guests during the reservation.

2. Damage & Liability

Normal wear and tear or minor accidental damage that occurs despite following the house rules will not result in charges.

The booking holder is financially responsible for damage caused intentionally or through negligence by themselves or their guests.

Talecraft will seek to resolve any damage situation reasonably and proportionately. The customer is responsible for documented costs resulting from negligence or misuse.

Talecraft is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

3. Bookings & Payment

Bookings are confirmed only after full payment has been received.

Dice Dungeon is reserved exclusively for your group during your booking time.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the booking start time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking are non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Rescheduling may be possible if requested at least 48 hours in advance and subject to availability.

If Talecraft must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly and require a minimum commitment of 6 months.

Subscription payments are non-refundable.

Each billing cycle includes one 6-hour booking credit.

Unused credits may roll over while the subscription remains active.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for refunds.

Cancelling the subscription before the minimum term does not remove the remaining payment obligation.

6. GM Services

Professional GM services may include additional fees.

Cancellations of GM services within 72 hours of the session may be non-refundable due to preparation time.

7. Children & Minors

Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

8. Amendments

Talecraft reserves the right to update these terms when necessary. The terms in effect at the time of booking apply to that booking.
